Temporary Permits
The Career Services Department maintains a list of licensed massage therapists who are potential supervisors of new CCMT graduates for temporary permits, allowing them to receive valuable mentoring while being compensated for their work within the practice. This opportunity can provide for the possibility of future employment or independent contracting opportunities for participating graduates.
Online Massage Therapist Listing
The Online Massage Therapist Listing is available at no charge to CCMT graduates who are self-employed and looking for clientele, are seeking employment or an independent contracting arrangement, or are willing to do massage at community events. Participating graduates' names and contact information, listed on www.ccmt.edu, is searchable by modality and zip code. The Find A Massage Therapist section of the CCMT web site exists and is designed specifically for our licensed graduates to advertise their services to the public. This is a graduate-maintained service and as such, it is the sole responsibility of the graduate to make any and all updates, changes, and deletions. CCMT does reserve the right to remove profiles at any time at its discretion. Place or update your listing now.
Business Consultations
The Career Services Department is available to meet one-on-one with final term students and graduates to discuss various aspects of their career goals and professional plans. This is a lifetime service provided free of charge. CCMT also has a list of Mentors available for business consultations.
Career Workshops
Periodically, CCMT sponsors educational events for its graduates, free of charge, to provide information on opportunities and developments within the field. These events may be interactive forums or panel discussions on a variety of topics, such as professional and ethical questions, employment, networking, legislative matters and current business issues.
Continuing Education
Our Continuing Education programs are designed to help you enhance your professional skills and clinical knowledge. Our presenters are experts in their field. They're experienced educators and clinicians with a passion for their subject. CCMT is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a Continuing Education provider.

If the institution or agency you are working with requires additional information or documentation, we will be happy to work with you.

Tutor Program
As an approved tutor, students or small groups may hire you to gain additional guidance in science or hands-on coursework. To be considered as an approved tutor, you must be a CCMT graduate or upper class student, who is proficient in a specific area of study. If you are interested in becoming an approved tutor, download our Tutor Application Form.
Mentor Program

If you are interested in becoming a mentor, please contact Student Services at the campus in which you are interested mentoring.
Teaching Assistant Program
The Teaching Assistant Program has proven to be a unique and complimentary aspect of the CCMT educational experience - benefiting teaching assistants, students and faculty alike. Teaching assistants are graduates of CCMT who want to further participate in the classroom experience and generally participate in the program for a 6-12 week period, on average, 3-4 hours per week. Teaching assistants may assist a maximum of four classes per term. Teaching assistants are paid for their contribution to the CCMT class environment. Please ask Career Services for additional information.
