Facilities & Directions to CCMT

Newington - Our main campus is located in the town of Newington, ten minutes south of Hartford in central Connecticut, easily accessible by car from all major highways. Our two-story building contains over 30,000 square feet of space with comfortable areas for practice, lecture, study and relaxation. The Newington campus also offers a graduate clinic, a meditation room, study rooms and our retail store, Hands-On Supply.

FROM THE NORTH (I-91)
Follow I-91 approximately 1 to 2 miles south from Hartford, past the I-84 interchange, and get off at Exit 28 for Routes 5 and 15 (Newington-Berlin Turnpike). Follow Routes 5 and 15 approximately 4 to 5 miles to Newington. Look for a McDonald's restaurant on your right at the intersection of Routes 5 and 15 with Route 287 (East Robbins Avenue). Turn right and go west on Route 287 for one-tenth mile. Turn left (south) on Kitts Lane, and go two-tenths mile to 75 Kitts Lane, on the right side of the street. Turn right into the driveway, and go halfway down the left side of the building. Enter through the doorway, under the awning, by the "Admissions Office" sign.

FROM THE EAST (I-84)
Follow I-84 west to Exit 57, which is a left exit, and it will take you over the Charter Oak Bridge. Stay in the left lane and follow the signs to Routes 5 and 15 (Berlin Turnpike). See above description for remainder of directions to CCMT.

FROM THE SOUTH (I-91)
Follow I-91 north to Exit 17 for Route 15 (Berlin Turnpike) at Meriden. Exit onto Route 15, and stay to the left as you follow the Berlin Turnpike-Route 15 north into Newington. Go approximately 11 miles, then turn left at McDonald's restaurant on the left side of the street onto Route 287 (East Robbins Avenue). See above description for remainder of directions to CCMT.

FROM THE SOUTH (Route 9 North)
Follow Route 9 North to Exit 21. At the end of the exit, take a right. Approximately 500 feet, take a right onto Route 5 and 15 (Berlin Turnpike) north into Newington. Go approximately 4.5 miles, then turn left at McDonald's restaurant on the left side of the street onto Route 287 (East Robbins Avenue). See above description for remainder of directions to CCMT.

FROM THE WEST (I-84)
Follow I-84 east to Exit 35 (left-hand exit) onto Route 72 east toward New Britain. Go approximately 2.5 miles. Take left exit for Route 9 north. Go 2 miles and get off at Exit 29 (Newington 175). Turn right at the stop light onto Cedar Street. Go 1.2 miles to Willard Avenue (Fourth stop light at Route 173) and turn right. Go nine-tenths mile to stoplight and turn left onto East Robbins Avenue (Route 287). Go 1 mile and turn right (south) onto Kitts Lane. See above description for remainder of directions to CCMT.

Groton - Our Groton branch campus, with over 6,500 square feet of space, is located in southeastern Connecticut, about an hour southeast of CCMT's main campus in Newington. This branch is conveniently close to I-95 and services along Route 1 on a lovely 11½-acre property not far from Bluff Point State Park and a boardwalk for nature-walks along the Poquonnock River. The property has a private and peaceful feeling with pine forest, meadow, granite ledge and wetlands that provide extensive bird and wildlife habitat.

FROM THE NORTH OR FROM THE SOUTH (1-95)
Follow I-95 to Exit 88 and go south on Route 117 until it ends at Route 1, and make a right onto Route 1 West or Fort Hill Road. Continue 0.6 mile on Fort Hill Road (turns into Poquonnock Road) to the CCMT parking area on the right side of the street, approximately 0.1 mile before Buddington Road.

Westport - Our Westport branch campus, with over 6,500 square feet of space, is located in southwestern Connecticut, approximately one hour by car or train from New York City. The location is convenient to both the Merritt Parkway and Interstate 95, and one mile from the Saugatuck Train Station. A nature center, herb gardens, natural food store, and the Saugatuck River are within a short distance of CCMT's Westport Campus.

Follow 1-95 to Exit 17. Go to the end of the exit ramp, and turn left onto Saugatuck Avenue (which will later merge with and become Riverside Avenue). Go 1 mile and turn left at the Sunoco gas station onto Sylvan Road South. Turn right into the driveway for the Westport Office Building (25 Sylvan Road South). Drive to the rear of the building. Park anywhere. Enter through the middle doorway, Suite K.

FROM THE NORTH OR FROM THE SOUTH (MERRITT PARKWAY)
Follow the Merritt Parkway, Route 15, to Exit 41, Route 33 Westport-Wilton. At the end of the exit ramp, look at the street signs and take Route 33 South toward Westport. Go approximately 2.5 miles and turn right at the Sunoco gas station on Sylvan Road South. Turn right into the driveway for the Westport Office Building (25 Sylvan Road South). Drive to the rear of the building. Park anywhere. Enter through the middle doorway, Suite K.

FROM BETHEL, CT (ROUTE 53 SOUTH)
Follow Route 53 South to the intersection of Route 57 South. Follow Route 57 South to the intersection of Route 33 South. Follow Route 33 South toward Westport. Cross through the intersection of Route 1 and travel approximately 1 mile. Turn right at the Sunoco gas station onto Sylvan Road South. Turn right into the driveway for the Westport Office Building (25 Sylvan Road South). Drive to the rear of the building. Park anywhere. Enter through the middle doorway, Suite K.

FROM DANBURY, CT (84 WEST)
Follow Interstate 84 West to Route 7 South. In Wilton, take Route 33 South toward Westport. Cross through the intersection of Route 1 and travel approximately 1 mile. Turn right at the Sunoco gas station onto Sylvan Road South. Turn right into the driveway for the Westport Office Building (25 Sylvan Road South). Drive to the rear of the building. Park anywhere. Enter through the middle doorway, Suite K.
